Services

  • Catering Services: We offer a range of catering services for various events, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, and more. Specific details about our services, menu options, and pricing can be found on our website or obtained by contacting us directly.

Booking and Payment

  • Booking: To secure our catering services, a signed contract and a deposit may be required. The terms of the contract will outline the agreed-upon services, menu selections, event details, and payment schedule.

Liability

  • Food Safety: We adhere to strict food safety standards and regulations. However, we cannot be held liable for any illness or allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our food products if allergies or dietary restrictions were not properly disclosed to us in advance.

  • Damage or Loss: The client is responsible for any damage to Old Stone Inn property or equipment caused by guests or event attendees during the catering service. We reserve the right to charge for any repairs or replacements needed.

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Event Details: The client must provide accurate event details, including venue address, setup times, and any necessary permits or permissions required for the event.

  • Guest Count: The final guest count must be confirmed with us by a specified deadline before the event date. Adjustments to the guest count after this deadline may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

  • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

Confidentiality

  • All information provided to us by the client shall be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing catering services. We will not disclose or share this information with third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

​

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saskatchewan, Canada.
